Think. Don’t drink and ride.

Much like you wouldn’t consider getting behind the wheel of a car after having drinks, you also shouldn’t consider driving a snowmobile or riding on one if the driver has been drinking. Alcohol can have a dangerous influence on reaction time, operating conditions and decision-making skills, all of which can have serious, and sometimes, deadly consequences.
The American Council of Snowmobile Associations (ACSA) and the U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Highway Association (FHWA) want to make sure that snowmobile drivers and riders enjoy their rides and arrive at their destination safely. They are encouraging snowmobile enthusiasts to “Think. Don’t drink and ride.” in a series of public service announcements (PSAs).
These PSAs, among other information, are available to educators, snowmobile groups and organizations and any interested snowmobiler. Snowmobiler PSA
